The final article concerning characterisctics of a projectile published in the coilgun's winding properties section. As results of the survey:

- a simple equation derived for the accelerating force between a ferromagnet and a coil;

- spatial distributions investigated for the magnetic field generated in a winding;

- the shapes of a coil and a projectile established optimal for acceleraton;

- some additional questions considered (i.e. eddy currents, material of the accelerated body etc)
