This coilgun, widely advertised last year, participated in many shows, such as the Demolition Ranch or Forgotten Weapons, but its exact parameters were unknown to me for a long time and would have remained a mystery even further if not for the help of Megavolt. Judging by the evaluation results, the characteristics of the GR-1 are very far from ideal (the G-factor is about 25%, which is the lower "quality limit" of multi-stage coilguns, and the Kx coefficient is generally record-low), which, however, does not negate the fact that this is probably the most well-known example of a portable accelerator of ferromagnetic bodies.

Unfortunately, you can add a "fly in the ointment" to this news - the ArcFlashLabs website has recently been unavailable, and, apparently, the company has ceased to exist....Thus, E-Shotgun remained the only supplier of coilguns available in the Internet space.
